Cookie Policy

This page explains how Mongkol uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, what information they collect, and how you can manage your preferences. We aim to be straightforward about what we do and why.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your browser on future visits and remember certain information — such as your preferences or choices.

Cookies do not contain personal identification information by themselves and are not harmful. They simply help websites function smoothly and understand how visitors use them.

Similar technologies such as local storage work in a comparable way and are included under the term "cookies" in this policy.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services rather than by Mongkol directly. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:

We do not share your personal data with any third party for advertising purposes without your consent.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two broad categories by duration:

Session Cookies

Exist only while your browser is open. They are removed automatically when you close the tab or window. Typical use: keeping a session active during your visit.

Persistent Cookies

Remain on your device for a defined period — commonly between 30 days and 2 years. Our cookie consent record, for instance, is stored for 12 months before we ask again.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can adjust your cookie preferences below at any time. Changes take effect as soon as you save them. Essential cookies remain active regardless of your choices.

7. Your Rights

Under Thai law, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have rights in relation to data collected through cookies where that data can be linked to you personally. These include the right to know what is collected, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion.

You may withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the preference controls on this page or the cookie banner on our homepage. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

Disabling optional cookies may affect the performance or personalisation of certain parts of the website, but all essential content will remain accessible.
